For manufacturers requiring high-quality, oxidation-free surfaces in metal heat treatment, an efficient and fully integrated system is essential. Our continuous bright annealing furnace with water quench tank and ammonia decomposition unit offers a complete solution for achieving mirror-bright surfaces while maintaining excellent mechanical properties.

This advanced system is widely used in the stainless steel, copper, HVAC, automotive, and precision tubing industries.

System Overview:

The core of this solution is the continuous furnace, which operates under a protective gas atmosphere to prevent oxidation during annealing. Heated by electric or gas energy, the furnace is designed for uninterrupted feeding of metal tubes, wires, or strips. After heating, the material passes through a water quench tank, ensuring instant cooling and metallurgical stability.

To supply a cost-effective protective gas, the system includes a dedicated ammonia cracker (ammonia decomposition furnace). This unit decomposes anhydrous ammonia (NH₃) into a mixture of hydrogen (H₂) and nitrogen (N₂), creating a reducing atmosphere ideal for bright annealing processes.
